1. 申请人一旦缴付加盟费即被视为承认并同意加入，本俱乐部将不退还申请人支付的任何费用。
1. Any membership fee paid by the applicant is not refundable.

2. 会员登记成功后将会获得一张宝帝产业投资俱乐部会员卡。
2. You may receive a BP Property Investment Club membership card once your registration is completed.

3. 此会员将证明你的会员身份，仅本人使用，不得私自转让他人。
3. The membership card is only for personal use and not transferable.

4. 会员必须出示此会员卡才能参与本俱乐部各项活动。
4. Member must present the membership card in order to attend all the club activities.

5. 若会员单方退出俱乐部，本俱乐部将停止该会员的任何权利，并且不退还该会员支付的任何费用。
5. If the member unilaterally withdraw from the club, it will cease to have any rights to the member and we will not refund any fee paid by the member.
